Hervé Couffin and Eric Delorme have developed extensive expertise in investment banking and private equity over the past 25 years. Both of them were partners of a leading European Buy-Out firm where they led numerous private equity transactions and monitored these investments until their disposal.
Since its inception in 2005, Callisto has conducted about a hundred mandates on behalf of management teams of mid and large cap companies, in both primary and secondary Buy-outs, in France and in other European countries.
In a few years, Callisto has become the market reference in management financial advisory.

Hervé Couffin - co-founder and partner

ImageGraduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines , Hervé joined Paribas in 1983 where he managed some of the largest equity holdings of Paribas Affaires Industrielles (Sema, Fives-Lille, Poliet, Coparex, Atos-Origin) as a Managing Director.

As a senior partner, he was co-founder of PAI, one of the European leaders in the Buy-Out industry. Hervé was a Member of the Executive Committee of PAI until he left in 2004.

Hervé directly managed many large Buy-Out transactions including: Gerflor, Beaufour, Ipsen, Ceva and Antargaz.

Hervé is currently a non Executive Director on the Board of Ipsen and Antargaz. He was Chairman of Mersen from 2009 till 2017.

He has over 25 years experience in the Private Equity Industry.

Eric Delorme - co-founder and partner

Eric DelormeEric is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris and holds a Master Degree in Economics from the Université of Paris.

As one of the founding partners of PAI, a leading European Private Equity house, he directly managed several buy-outs including IPC Magazines (UK), Somarel (Fr),...

At PAI, he managed major equity holdings of Paribas in the Paper and Packaging Industry (La Rochette) and Media industry (RTL Group, M6, UGC, Havas).

He has over 20 years experience in the Private Equity Industry.

Eric has a French nationality and speaks as well English and Italian.

Vincent Aymé - Partner

Eric Delorme Graduated from HEC, Vincent Aymé has more than 15 years of experience in M&A (Citigroup, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, UBS Investment Bank, Crédit Agricole).

During his career in Investment Banking, he has advised private equity funds (French and international, mid and large cap) and management teams of portfolio assets, as well as listed companies, on numerous M&A assignments.

Vincent joined Callisto in 2015.

Charles de Rozières - Managing Director

Charles de RozièresCharles started his career at Fidelity Investments in London where he worked in the market analysis and portfolio strategy group.

He then joined the transaction services division of KPMG in Paris advising private equity firms and industrials.

Guillaume Bodart, director

Guillaume BodartFollowing two professional experiences in Private Equity at Quilvest and Perceva, Guillaume joined Barclays Capital in 2010 where he worked on several M&A and financing transactions both in Paris and London. Guillaume graduated from the Paris Dauphine University and holds a Master Degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering.

Guillaume joined Callisto in 2014.

Tancrède Caulliez, Associate

Tancrède CaulliezAfter an internship at Leonardo & Co, Tancrède joined the Transaction Advisory Services department of EY in Paris, where he worked on different operational restructurings. Tancrède is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University (2011).

Tancrède joined Callisto in 2014.

Marc-Antoine de Chevigny, associate

Tancrède CaulliezGraduated from Paris Dauphine University with a Master Degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering, Marc-Antoine had a first professional experience in Private Equity at Naxicap Partners.

Marc-Antoine joined Callisto in 2016.
